Hybrid model (2 days in office per week). This position will be a Lead C# developer for the OMS engineering team in Front Office for a trillion dollar fund manager. The scope of the work will be to code and support Front Office applications in and around the Charles River OMS mainly using C#.net and cloud services. We are looking for an experienced hands on C#.net developer, with ANY OMS experience on either sellside (Calypso/Summit or similar) or ideally the buyside (CRD/Thinkfolio/Aladdin)

The incumbent must have a strong architectural and design background and have a proven track record building and delivering solutions using the latest tools and design principles. We are looking for Senior/Lead developers to drive best of breed coding practices and will give the opportunity to work on micro services and the new AWS implementations. Knowledge of working in and around Charles River (ideally CRD SaaS) is a real benefit and experience of working in Front Office buyside technology is a must.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

• Delivery of FX modernisation project in CRD
• Delivery of new AWS and micro services for data distribution out of CRD
• Accomplished at presenting and delivering to senior stakeholders
• Working closely with London trading and portfolio management business
• Delivering best practice solutions for all development efforts
• 3rd line CRD development support during UK business hours
• Accountable for all parts of the software development life cycle for their projects
• Contributes to the development of best practices within their group
• Lead code reviews and actively participates in providing feedback on others' designs/code
• Accountable for technical debt in their own software
• Be capable of leading and/or mentoring a small team of Developers for specific projects
