PMO Technology Lead - Fully Remote

Up to £45,000

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced PMO Technology Lead with experience in Jira, Confluence and Power BI to join a large consulting organisation with a wide range of exciting projects with well-known clients. You will be the primary administrator for PMO tools in this area of the organisation.

Responsibilities include:

• Optimising, configuring and general administration of PMO Platforms (Jira/Confluence/Power BI)
• Translating technical areas effectively to non-technical users (training/supporting)
• Creating/maintaining dashboards/reports to track the progress of various projects and identifying any issues
• Creating/copying/administering projects
• Configuring and maintaining workflows/permissions/dashboards/fields/notification/plug ins in order to support the users
• Creating support/training documentation and training any new users on platforms and PMO tools
• Assisting in gathering business process requirements and determining ways in which the setup/workflows can be optimised or improved
