My client are a leading high street brand and are seeking an End User Computing focussed IT Support Specialist to oversee diverse responsibilities, including efficiently handling support calls, resolving hardware and software issues for end user devices, managing central applications and permissions and building strong relationships with colleagues and end users.

The role requires proficiency in Windows 10 and 11, Apple MAC devices, printer setup, Active Directory Administration, automation technologies, laptop and desktop builds. M365 experience (Exchange, One Drive, SharePoint), and application installation and configuration would also be preferred. The role is onsite and located in the Jewellery Quarter.
