An IT Asset Manager based in Madrid is required for a global insurance client of ours.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain records/files of orders placed.
• Daily checks on outstanding approvals.
• Assist with annual software licensing/hardware maintenance renewals cover.
• administration/coordination of vendor relationships.
• BAU Procurement including purchasing, logistics and invoice processing.
• Administration/organisation of deliveries and removals of IT kit.
• Working with Desktop team and Infrastructure.
• Annual Insurance across all IT hardware purchases.

Skills and Experience

• Experience in an IT Asset Management role
• Organisation and multitasking skills
• The ability to work unsupervised
• Knowledge of IT equipment/components/Software
• Experience using concur purchasing side
• Proven competence in accurate data entry
• Organisation
• Ability to organise work in a clear and logical manner
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
