Software Engineering Manager is required by a large company building a new set of B2C and B2B systems to lead the delivery and manage software development of a set of digital products and applications.

You will be responsible for:

• working closely with stakeholders across IT and non-IT teams to ensure a successful delivery
• championing Agile methods and approaches
• guiding development teams on Scrum standards
• building development environment
• coordinate sprints, stand-ups and retrospective meetings
