Procurement Category Specialist vacancy for our Zurich based client in the energy sector.

Your tasks:

• Engaging and managing relationships with senior stakeholders within the organization
• Working closely with the Merger and Acquisitions M&A Function to expedite their requests effectively
• Providing market information, analysing, and evaluating bids, negotiating with suppliers
• Coordinating supply orders, delivery, and invoice processing together with reports and updates in the systems
• Executing Procurement Strategies aligning with category teams and business stakeholders
• Initiating cost-out programs, recommending solutions, and implementing processes to meet financial targets

Your experience/knowledge:

• 3+ years of experience in indirect procurement Services, ideally in Professional Services within a corporate environment
• Comfortable with legal and contractual terms, highly organized, and efficient in administrative tasks
• Good command of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree or higher in related field
• Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills
• Capable of managing diverse stakeholders and handling time-sensitive task
