We are seeking an Oracle Recruiting Cloud Implementation Consultant to lead our clients

global implementation of ORC and Migration from Taleo which is due to start in 2024.

The role will involve:

• Engagement with Senior Stakeholders, HR, Recruiting and Business Process leads.
• Conducting requirements gathering, impact assessment, finalising requirements.
• Hands on Configuration and Implementation the agreed solution.
• Work with Technical teams on data migration, system integrations and reporting.
• Work with HR, Recruiting and Business Process leads to support SIT, UAT and Hypercare.
• Manage Cutover activities, business change activities and smooth handover to BAU.

Candidate Must be able to demonstrate the following:

• Strong Hands-on ORC Implementation skills
• Successful Implementation of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
• Experience of Successful Migrations from Taleo to ORC
