Affiliate Program Management:

• Develop and execute the overall affiliate marketing strategy to drive sales and revenue growth.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of high-quality affiliate partners.
• Create and manage affiliate marketing campaigns, ensuring they are on-brand, timely, and within budget.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze data, and adjust strategies to optimize results.

Strategic Partnerships and Influencer Collaboration:

• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships within the gaming industry and related niches.
• Proactively leverage influencers to promote our affiliate network and products.
• Negotiate and establish affiliate agreements that benefit all parties involved.
• Maintain relationships with existing partners and constantly seek new opportunities for collaboration.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Track and report on key performance metrics related to the affiliate marketing program and influencer collaboration.
• Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and improvements to the program. Ability to forecast impact based on leveraged tactics.
• Create regular reports for senior management and other stakeholders.

Compliance and Ethical Practices:

• Ensure that all affiliate marketing activities, including influencer collaborations, comply with industry regulations and ethical standards.
• Implement fraud detection and prevention measures.

• 5+ years experience in the affiliate landscape, partnership types including promotional methods that create new customer acquisitions.
• Numerate and detail oriented experience with good commercial understanding.
• Business development, sales or lead generation experience using a CRM.
• An active interest in video games or other digital content experience is important
• Marketing Degree or relevant qualification

• Additional qualifications in business studies
• Speaker of both English and any other language/s
