We have been tasked with sourcing a consultant who can help our client through a review of their entire cleaning and FM contract. Currently this is outsourced and has not been looked at for several years. The organisation are looking for an expert in this field who can help them through the review process to assess the current provider. This will require the individual to be based on site for some of the contract in SW London. The main task is the cleaning contract which is a mixture of soft cleaning leading through to specialist as includes cleaning of laboratory's etc. This is a significant organisation so the successful applicant will be used to managing multiple stakeholders at enterprise level.

The organisations goal is to retender the contract and ideally have a hybrid model of in house and outsource. The consultant will be tasked with helping the client through this process to the point of onboarding the new supplier/s.

You should have at least 10 years in this field, be well versed in the spread of cleaning standards and specialisms, and be commercially astute to deal with senior stakeholders. Your experience should also extend to dealing £multi million contracts. You will be given free reign to investigate as you see fit providing all your reports and findings to senior management.
