Role: Junior Software Tester
Location: Manchester/Remote

Salary: £25,000- £30,000
Join this Manchester based Tech first business experience high growth as they continue to win new clients and across the UK, US and Europe. You'll be working with a team of 15 experienced technologists, from engineers, to Testers, to BA's and product owners, contributing to the development of this E-commerce and booking platform.
As a junior tester here, so will be able to pick the minds of senior experienced testers and engineers and pick their brains in collaboration to build new platforms and look after the delivery of new code.
As a junior tester, you will be supported by and experience test team offering mentor-ship and support, but they encourage you to progress quickly and develop a 'go-get' attitude.
What skills can you bring?
- Experience working and testing Java Software
- An understanding of good Java fundamentals.
- Confidence working with manual test frameworks such Selenium web driver, spec flo, fire bug etc
- Knowledge of non-functional tools- load impact & Apache
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
- An analytical mindset to develop correct test cases
- Enjoy collaboration and agile environments.
- Comfortable with Jira
- Strong communication skills
- Strong writing skills
