Storage Expert - 6 months Contract - 600£/d outside IR35 - Remote - UK

Our Client is a company specializing in consulting on Cloud technology, with expertise in high-performance computing, cloud security, and cloud migration. They are looking for a skilled Storage Expert to deploy and manage software installations and upgrades.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and documentation of complex storage software installations and upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of storage software with existing infrastructure.
• Design and implement storage solutions that seamlessly integrate on-premises infrastructure with AWS cloud storage services
• Design and implement storage software configurations to meet performance, security, and scalability requirements

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in storage technologies such as SAN (Storage Area Network), NAS (Network Attached Storage), and DAS (Direct Attached Storage).
• Experience with storage protocols and standards
• Knowledge of storage virtualization and cloud storage solutions
• Familiarity with storage array terminology and a comprehensive understanding of related issues.
• Experience with Quantum toolset installation and usage is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to adapt to evolving technologies and industry trends.
• Relevant certifications in storage technologies are a plus.
