Role: IT System and Service Operations Analyst

Location: West London - hybrid

Salary: £45,000 - 50,000 + benefits

We have a great opportunity with a global food and manufacturing company looking for an IT System and Service Operations Analyst to join their regional IT Service Management team. This role is crucial in helping the team identify solutions for business improvement, incident and problem management, escalation management, quality, capacity, and performance enhancement.

The role:

• You'll be responsible for the operation and maintenance of their systems and technologies on a daily basis, both centrally and locally.
• Implement global initiatives at the regional level, acting as the primary IT focal point and Project Manager, reporting back on issues, risks and project status.
• You will participate in the daily operational support and delivery of IT services, with a focus on monitoring and measuring performance, to ensure availability, performance and capacity.
• Provide technical support to regional staff including diagnosing, troubleshooting, and assessing issues related to information systems, connectivity, security, and hardware.
• Oversee the quality of IT services to ensure timely resolutions in line with SLAs.
• For local applications, you'll ensure compliance with standard rules for transitioning new initiatives into Application Management Services (AMS) in line with Global Governance.
• Contribute to various local IT/Infrastructure administrative activities
• You'll also be liaising with a range of stakeholders and contribute to business continuity and disaster recovery.

Experience needed:

• Demonstrable experience in a relevant IT Service Management role
• Experience with ServiceNow
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have:

• Relevant certifications, such as ITIL
• Familiar with SAP Sales & Delivery
• Experience in food and beverage or manufacturing industry
