Your new role
You will provide strategic leadership and oversight for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of the programme. What you will be doing
The Programme Director is instrumental in navigating challenges, mitigating risks, and adopting innovation to ensure the successful realisation of programme goals. Your role is critical in maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, building and nurturing relationships, and positioning the organisation as a leader in programme execution and delivery.

This role demands a strategic thinker with exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills, capable of translating vision into actionable plans and inspiring teams to achieve outstanding results in a dynamic and evolving environment.

You will be responsible for developing and articulating the programme vision and strategy aligned with the organisations overall goals. You will establish goals, objectives and KPI's for the programme. Alongside this, you will provide leadership to the programme team, ensuring a collaborative and high-performing culture.

Required experience
SAP eWM experience to maximise its potential and address limitations
Demonstrable experience in warehouse and operational process flow, layout and design
Highly skilled logistics professional with an extensive background in third party logistics operating at a senior level
Ability to learn quickly and simplify complex challenges and information into meaningful actions
Experience in a stakeholder and customer-driven environment
Familiarity with performance management methodologies such as SLAs and KPIs
Deep understanding of financials and commercial contracts in the logistics industry
