Mac Specialist Support

A leading Investment management company is looking to hire a Mac Support Specialist.

You would be responsible for;

• Supporting the JAMF management and operation of a large enterprise Apple deployment within a windows environment
• Serving as an escalation point for all Mac incidents and problem records for EMEA/UK
• Troubleshooting advanced MacOS issues in a Desktop Environment

Therefore, they are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience;

• Hands-on technical experience supporting macOS
• JAMF certification and enterprise management of a large scale macOS deployments using MDM tools such as Jamf, Intune or Apple MDM
• Experience with implementing security tools against MacOS
