Job Opportunity: Content Designer (Contract)

Join an industry leading financial services organisation on a 6 month contract. This is a great opportunity to join an innovative Content Design team within the Customer Experience and Design (CX&D) department, located in our Dublin office with hybrid flexibility. We're seeking a skilled Content Designer to play a pivotal role in shaping user-centered content for our client.

Role and Responsibilities: As a Content Designer, you will actively contribute to an agile design team focused on SMEs, influencing the end-user experience throughout the product life cycle.

Your responsibilities include:

• Partnering with product and engineering to execute the product strategy.
• Crafting clear, consistent, and concise content for UI, notifications, marketing pages, and technical communications.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet user needs, business requirements, and technical specifications.
• Developing and maintaining product style guidelines.
• Executing content strategy deliverables, including content audits, templates, and taxonomy.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in writing and shaping content for digital products and services.
• Relevant work samples showcasing UI text, style guides, and messaging frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in CX/UX and product design environments.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Typical Day in the Role:

• Key tasks include content strategy execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing product style guidelines.
• Stakeholder interactions with internal and external teams, influencing strategic direction.
