IT Support Analyst

2nd/3rd Line - Hayes

Our client, a well respected distribution organisation in the Hayes area have an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Analyst with a strong 2nd and 3rd line background. The successful candidate will join a team of IT Support analysts dedicated to delivering secure IT services to more than 50 sites located in over 15 countries in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing user calls in an efficient and effective manner
• Utilising proven technical expertise in resolving system issues
• Collaborating with other IT teams to arrange 2nd and 3rd line assistance
• Assisting in reporting the activities within IT support team
• Contributing towards performance improvements within the group
• Adherence to policies and procedures set within IT support team

Essential Skills:

• Through knowledge of Microsoft Intune, specifically enrolling end-points
• Confident with Active Directory: creating/modifying/deleting users
• The ability to work within project teams and other IT teams located overseas to deliver quality
• solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people in a diverse
• community.
• Self-motivated with keen attention to detail, able to operate in an often fast paced environment.
• Natural aptitude for troubleshooting & problem solving

Desirable Skills:

• Administration experience with Teams and SharePoint
• Exposure to ITIL, SDI or equivalent IT Service Management methodology
• Experience working to a security compliance framework
• Experience with updating a Knowledge Base
