Service Desk Engineer/2nd line support
For this role they are ideally looking for the following skills/experience:
- At least 2 years' experience in a service desk/2nd line support role
- Security clearance
- Ability to diagnose faults and resolve calls at 2nd line
- Experience in a government/defence/MOD service desk role
- Must be willing to work on site 5 days a week
