Senior Receptionist/Duty Manager

The Ommaroo Hotel based on Havre des Pas in Jersey is a family run independent hotel. We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, well organised individual with good interpersonal and communication skills to join our busy Front of House team. Although full training can be provided, you should have experience working in similar customer support roles. You will help deliver our renowned warm and friendly welcome and service to guests throughout their stay. Fluency in English is required and 5 years Jersey residency is preferred.

This role includes a balance of daytime/evening and weekend shifts.

We are offering a competitive salary based on experience as well as tips and discretionary annual bonus. Upon completion of a successful probationary period, there is the opportunity to join the Pension Scheme.

We offer 20 days holiday (incremental with length of service) plus Bank Holidays
