Lawyer/Senior Contract Specialist (Contracts,negotiation and claims)vacancy for our globally operating Zurich based client company in the technology sector.

Your tasks:

• Providing legal advice on a number of project related issues, such as contractual interpretation and claims handling
• Being responsible for support on related litigations (in support role to lead lawyer)
• Preparing a wide variety of legal documents in relation to project business, such as settlement agreements, minutes and take over certificates
• Providing support as substitute when team lawyers are out of office
• Ensuring that contracts comply with legal requirements and provide adequate protection for the company's interests

Your experience/knowledge:

• 8+ years of experience in a similar position
• Strong business acumen and proficiency in engaging with business stakeholders.
• Familiarity with project management eg, leading a legal project independently
• In-depth understanding of claims management, contracts and global project business preferably in a turn-key delivery setting
• Language skills: English - fluent in written and spoken, French would be an advantage

• Strong attention to details and high focus on quality and operation efficiency
