Envelop Risk is a rapidly growing underwriting agency combining world leaders in Reinsurance Underwriting and Artificial Intelligence-based risk modelling. The firm underwrites cyber reinsurance contracts and is building cyber insurance products that will be distributed globally. Envelop is seeking technical staff for their global technology hub in central Bristol.

They're seeking a talented and highly motivated individual who will engage and represent cloud-based IT service delivery across a base of less than 100 users.

KEY SKILLS

• Client focused delivery of 'Business-Critical' IT Systems and Support
• People and VIP engagement
• Experience of working to ITIL service management standards
• Experience of Cyber Awareness/Security (including what it takes to gaining the Cyber Essentials Accreditation)
• Remote management/support of global customer base utilising cloud tooling

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• L1-L3 experience of Endpoint support for both Windows, MacOS and mobile access with focus on remote Mac and IOS/Android management
• L2/L3 Experience of the following Cloud Native technologies or similar:
  • Hosted virtual communications and telephony using Zoom, Slack and MS Teams
  • Virtual Directory, SSO, Application Access and service Mapping and provisioning
  • MDM configuration and management (Endpoint Manager and Jamf Cloud DEP)
  • Software Development and Implementation using Apple developer certificates
  • DNS and Domain management
  • Remote vulnerability and patch management using cloud based tooling
  • AV/EDR deployment and management
• Strong knowledge and Experience ofMS365 management:
  • Exchange Online
  • Entra (Identity & Access Management)
  • Endpoint Manager (Intune)
• Good Experience ofAtlassian Suite administration or similar:
  • Confluence
  • Jira
  • Trello
• Experience of implementation and operation of cloud-based Backup/Recovery technologies - utilising virtual cloud storage solutions
• Experience of TCP/IP, VLAN and Firewall config/rulesets for troubleshooting and resolution of local office networking and Wi-Fi issues

Salary/package

• £35,000 - £40,000 + additional benefits
• Flexible hybrid working model
