Programme Director
Robert Half partnered with a growing London based organisation who are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead and oversee the successful implementation of Workday within their organisation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects and possess extensive knowledge of Workday's suite of applications, functionalities, and best practices. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring project milestones are met, and driving the adoption of Workday across the organisation.
This will be a day rate contract for at least 6 months.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workday, including project planning, scoping, scheduling, and resource management.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive project road map, ensuring alignment with business objectives and time lines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to gather requirements, identify gaps, and design solutions that align with business needs.
- Manage and provide guidance to project teams, ensuring adherence to project scope, time lines, and quality standards.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams, functional teams, and external consultants/vendors to ensure seamless integration and configuration of Workday modules.
- Oversee change management strategies and communication plans to facilitate smooth adoption of Workday within the organisation.
- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, proactively identifying solutions and mitigation strategies.
- Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior leadership, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommended actions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience of leading successful Workday implementations.
- In-depth understanding of Workday modules such as HCM, Finance, Payroll, and Integrations.
- Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams concurrently.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyse complex problems, develop solutions, and drive implementation across diverse teams.
- Workday certification(s) are highly desirable.
