Junior Business Analyst

Location: Based at client locations or working remotely

Salary: Up to £28,500 per annum, plus benefits

Hold or be eligible for SC security clearance. To be eligible for SC clearance you must have been a continuous resident in the UK for a minimum of 5 years.

We are looking to complement our team with a couple of Junior Business Analysts. This is an exciting time to join Triad, as we embark on the next phase of our ambitious journey to becoming the UK's favourite technology company by 2025.

Do you want to be part of a team working on some of the most exciting technology-related assignments in the UK public sector? As a Junior Business Analyst at Triad, you will play a significant role in our client assignments. You will build relationships with clients, defining the scope, objectives, and benefits of the products we build for them. You will gain the trust of end users to elicit quality requirements and business processes and deliver exemplary business analysis throughout the full product life cycle as part of an effective, collaborative team.

Key Requirements

You will have:

  • Up to 12 months of experience working as a Business Analyst or in an IT-related position.
  • Worked in an Agile environment delivery team.
  • Be able to evidence analytical thinking and methodical problem-solving skills.
  • Be an effective verbal and written communicator.
  • Have a strong appetite to develop the skills and experience required to deliver exceptional software for our clients.

Nice to have:

  • Active contributor to communities of practice.
  • Active Security Clearance or be eligible for SC Clearance, (eg, SC, DV, NPPV).
