ERP Trainer - Bradford and other Yorkshire sites, Inside IR35, £415 per day, 6 months + extension.

Due to the high level of travel, candidates must be local or located very close to Yorkshire.

My client, a well-known organisation, is currently undergoing a large-scale modernisation and digital transformation programme.

You will be responsible for the design and delivery of learning and development requirements that support the successful delivery of our client's ERP (SAP) transformation programme ensuring there are clear ways to measure and assess capability and celebrate success throughout. All training should help to equip your future colleagues to effectively adopt new systems, processes and ways of working delivered as part of the ERP transformation programme.

Working as part of a team, you will consistently deliver best practice training, learning and assessment and motivate delegates to buy-in to training materials and confidently adopt new systems and processes after the training session.

You'll have extensive experience in designing and implementing systems and process training within learning. Through your commitment to high quality learning provision and the use of leading practice and techniques, you will equip and inspire colleagues across the company to adopt and deliver the transformation agenda.

Key accountability

• Delivery of transformation training through the most appropriate delivery channels with a particular focus on face to face training.
• Engage with Business SMEs and the wider ERP Programme to ensure training requirements are identified in a timely manner.
• Support and guide programme SME's with face to face operational focused training design and delivery.
• Build training materials, including user guides and protocol documents in various formats.
• Mentor SME's to help support deliver effective and engaging training, including supporting an effective train the trainer approach.
• Ensure principles from their wider Transformation programme are shared and delivered consistently within training materials across all frameworks.
• Coach individuals and groups to optimise their learning and integrate their learning into every-day working life
• Maintain the system of assessment from assessment planning through to making and recording assessment decisions as required, either internally or externally
• Collaborate with other key stakeholders to draw on appropriate inputs and deliver appropriate outcomes eg Business SMEs, wider Transformation stakeholders
• Undertake other relevant duties that may be required, including submission of relevant reports as required by the ERP programme.

Key Knowledge and Skills:

• Has extensive experience in designing and implementing systems and process training within learning
• Has experience of previous SAP implementations
• A strong and engaging communicator who can clearly articulate knowledge and course/assessment material and a style which inspires, encourages and challenges delegates to move out of their comfort zones
• Is able to work independently and as part of a team
• A Full UK Driving Licence is essential as travel will be required to sites across the client's Network

Desirable:

• Experience in the utilities industry
