Data Scientist - London - Elite Global Commodity Trading Firm - 40%+ bonus

Cititec has partnered with a Commodity Trading Powerhouse and is recruiting for an experienced Data Scientist. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in developing and supporting decision support and optimisation analytics in their Trading business.

Reporting to the Lead Data Scientist, you will work closely with research analysts, traders and other data scientists to develop and manage various analytics tools to improve the decision-making on their trading desks. Their goal is to increase the profitability and efficiency of their trading businesses.

This role is four days in their London offices.

Experience required:

• Python and SQL skills
• To have worked in a commodity trading environment
• A background in Mathematical Finance, Applied Maths/Statistics, Computer Science or similar
• To be able to develop and deploy ML and statistical models
• Ideally, to have AWS or Azure experience
