We are looking for Field Sales Representatives to join our EMEA mobility business based in Edinburgh and help us grow our supply in small and medium sized cities across the United Kingdom. You will be responsible for finding, engaging, and signing up new drivers who will provide safe, reliable, and affordable transportation to our customers.

12 Month Contract
£14.42 per hour

Estimated 50% travel and 50% in the office for months 1-3, with travel reducing thereafter. Any travel costs would be covered by the company. A car is not provided in this role.

As a Field Sales Representative, you will:

• Travel to different markets and conduct info sessions with current and prospective drivers
• Explain the benefits of joining our platform and how we can help them achieve their goals
• Support drivers through the sign up process and ensure they are ready to start earning
• Collect feedback from drivers and share insights with the Operations team
• Manage partnerships with local organisations that can help us scale our supply or demand

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a field sales or client-facing position
• A self-motivated and autonomous attitude, with the ability to work independently and efficiently
• A proactive and action-oriented mindset, with the ability to solve problems and overcome challenges
• A people person personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• An adaptable and flexible approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
