Job Title: Implementation Manager - Oracle Fusion

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + Generous Benefits

Location: Remote, with occasional client site travel

My client are requiring an experienced individual who can lead on an implementation of Oracle Fusion. You will play a key role in managing the end client and the existing supplier base.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle systems.
• Ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and time line.
• Develop and implement project plans, including tasks, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Continuous monitoring of progress and identification of any deviations.
• Provide documentation and reporting on project milestones.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and partners involved.

Required skills and experience

• Implementation of Oracle Fusion
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Payroll/HR focus
• Stakeholder management - C-Suite

• Build capabilities within existing teams
