Apple/Mac Specialist

A leading financial service are looking to hire a Mac Specialist.

You would be responsible for;

• Supporting the JAMF Management & Operation of a large enterprise Apple deployment including Macs, iPhones & iPads
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve incidents and problem records associated with Mac hardware & software in a timely and professional manner via telephone, email, remote tools, and hands-on support.
• Escalation/point of contact for all Mac incidents
• Troubleshoot advanced macOS problems in Desktop Environment.

Therefore they are looking for someone with;

• Hands-on experience supporting macOS as an administrator or support professional with high proficiency in the client administration/support of macOS.
• JAMF certifications (200 or above)
• Ideally Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP), Apple Certified System Administrator (ACSA), or Apple Certified Specialist (ACS),
• Ideally Industry standard methodology knowledge of OS X enrolment, provisioning, managing & deployment of devices in an Enterprise environment
