Description
A leading Legal firm seeking an IT Manager to join its London office. Working with the global Technology Support team and other areas of the IT department, this role will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and support of applications, mobile devices, infrastructure components, ensuring seamless delivery and support of local and firm-wide systems.
Responsibilities
- Escalation point for technology support to individuals based in the London office
- Work closely with local stakeholders to understand and realize expectations and business needs
- Supervise a small team of IT Support Analysts & update Documentation
- Manage the integration of specialized applications and technology services
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date audit of hardware for the office (ISO )
- Assist with the administration and maintenance of automated asset tracking tools
- Collaborate on firm-wide technology projects, providing local leadership, communication, and project management as required
Qualifications/Experience
- Five years' related experience and/or training, ideally within a law firm
- One years' Experience in team lead/leadership role
- Good knowledge of networking eg, TCP/IP, WAN/LAN, patching etc
- Experience Legal applications like iManage/FileSite, Big Hand, InTapp
- Active Directory, Exchange, O365 Admin
- Experience with PC-based systems, mobile devices, and remote access tools
- Experience using imaging systems to deploy standard operating system builds
