Profile
If you are passionate about Service Management, assurance, governance and ensuring ITIL etc processes are followed.
If you can communicate and translate/the conduit to senior Executives who DON'T speak the Tech Language, but do need clarity.
If you have experience of high-pressured Incident Management, problem management, incident reporting with communication, continuous improvement.
