Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or related Engineering fields
* Minimum 1 year of strategic and operational procurement experience
* Proficiency in purchasing technical materials, services, fixtures, and equipment
* Strong command of written and verbal English
* Excellent negotiation skills
* Exceptional planning and organizational abilities
* Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, SAP, and BOYs
* Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities
* Familiarity with budgeting, cost, and financial mathematics
* Fieldwork flexibility as required
* Understanding of product costing and pricing
* Knowledgeable about mechanical and hardware material brands and performance criteria
* Skilled in planning, reporting, market research, and price analysis

Responsibilities:

* Oversee domestic procurement of technical materials and services
* Initiate market research by analysing technical specifications
* Manage negotiations with suppliers for cost-effective and timely delivery
* Track orders through delivery to the store
* Prepare regular procurement reports
* Identify alternative suppliers and materials for cost reduction
* Coordinate international orders, liaising with foreign suppliers and managing import processes
