My Leading technology client are looking for a talented and motivated IT Service Management Specialist to be responsible for managing and maintaining Incident and Problem processes.
You'll also be responsible for managing the change process, ensuring all changes are reviewed, communicated, and delivered safely to the live environment.

The following skills/experience is required:
- Strong ITIL background
- IT Operations or service management background
- Incident or Problem Management background
- Good communication skills
The following is desirable:
- ITIL certified (V3 or V4)
Salary: Up to £50,000 + package
Location: London (WFH options available)
