Senior Contract Negotiator - Commodity Trading - London - up to £125k + bonus

Cititec Talent has partnered with an elite-level trading firm who are at the inception of a greenfield power and gas Commodities build-out. Working closely with the commodities trading team in London, you will play a key role in the review, negotiation and execution of EFET and ISDA agreements.

This opportunity also involves working with credit and treasury teams on documentation for guaranties, letters of credit, commercial, pipeline, vendor, storage, and confidentiality agreements.

This role is 4 days in their London offices with 1 day from home.

Experience required:

• Must have recent energy trading industry experience
• To be able to draft and negotiate ISDA & EFET documentation
• Great written and oral communication skills
• To successfully be able to communicate with stakeholders of all levels
• Prior experience working with outside counsel
