UX/UI Designer, 6 months, 400Euros, Dublin

Parity Group are delighted to partner with our client, an expanding public sector organisation, who are looking to recruit a UX/UI Designer on a contract basis initially for 6 months with a high chance of extension, this role will be a hybrid blend of work from home and offices in Dublin.

You will receive a daily rate of 400Euros.

An opportunity has arisen for a UX/UI Designer to join our development team and work on several projects. The right person will be an experienced UX/UI Designer with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and be responsible for the UX research and design across several new services being introduced.

Experience and Skills required:

• Have experience of working in a high performing multi-disciplinary development team, specifically with business analysts, developers, and quality assurance specialists
• Can analyse business requirements
• Have a good understanding of development cycles, development methodologies and processes
• Can identify design issues and methodically work to their resolution
• Be able to design graphic user interface elements, menus, tabs, widgets, page navigation, search fields etc.
• Be able to illustrate design ideas using wireframes, storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Be able to develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look
