Senior HR Generalist
The Human Resources Generalist acts as a lead resource for the Mount Pleasant, TN plant and provides comprehensive HR support for the administration and implementation of a wide range of Human Resources programs at a multi-shift manufacturing facility. The responsibility includes, but is not limited to employee relations, benefits, recruiting, Human Resource Information Systems, compensation, training, recruiting, employee development and retention, people review and succession planning, and compliance with all applicable laws. In addition, the Generalist will assist the Regional Human Resources Manager, Plant Manager, and the Corporate Human Resources team with the implementation of strategic HR programs. This position reports to the Regional Human Resources Manager and will play an important role in helping the site achieve business goals and objectives. Administers a wide range of human resource programs to achieve HR goals and align with the business strategies for the Mount Pleasant, TN plant.
Essential Functions
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve HR programs at the corporate level; actively work on ideas and projects to improve the HR function.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications
- 4+ years' experience in a Human Resources role, required
- 2+ years' experience in a Manufacturing Environment, preferred
- Bi-lingual in Spanish Required
- HRIS experience
- Well-versed in local and national employment laws
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, and the capability to train others in new programs, policies, and processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Skills in reporting and analysis across multiple platforms.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and maintain organization
- Proficient with report-writer tools, such as MicroStrategy, and Cognos, preferred
