Senior Product Owner

Location: Hybrid (Ad-Hoc Travel to Wilmslow Office)

About Us:

One of our key clients are looking for a Senior Product Owner for Enterprise Applications to aid their implementation of Dynamics CRM. Reporting to the Head of Product and Infrastructure, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our enterprise solutions, embodying the values of curiosity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the entire production life cycle of key enterprise applications, contributing significantly to the development of new products and features.
• Manage solution architecture design, adhering to architectural principles and collaborating with stakeholders to align decisions with strategic goals.
• Own the product roadmap, manage the backlog effectively, and oversee a team of Product engineers, specialists, and 3rd party partners.
• Conduct industry and technological landscape scanning, identifying emerging trends and integrating them into strategic plans.

Experience:

• Utilization of DevOps in an Agile manner for planning and managing new product releases.
• Managing products throughout their life cycle, including business-as-usual deliverables, incidents, support, and patching.
• Team management experience, including Product engineers and/or specialists.
• Working with 3rd party support or development partners.

Knowledge, Skills, and Ability:

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and the Microsoft technology stack.
• Understanding of the public sector and regulatory environment.
• Familiarity with data protection and privacy regulations.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to navigate complexity, creatively problem-solve, and develop innovative solutions.
• Negotiation and persuasion skills with a strong ethical approach.
