As a Senior Backend Software Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining sophisticated Back End software solutions for Digital projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Develop sophisticated and highly secure technology solutions for digital projects
• Lead the conceptualization, new development, and continuous improvement of web applications within an interdisciplinary team
• Drive initiatives to enhance existing web-based software solutions
• Take ownership of the end-to-end software development life cycle, including design, programming, code reviews, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to coordinate on technical and functional aspects

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:

• Fluent in German (required) and conversational English (business level)
• Several years of experience as a software developer, with a strong background in Back End development
• Proficiency in single-page applications, web technologies, and web services
• Sound experience in the conception, development, and maintenance of large software projects
• Expertise in Java-based technologies such as Java Spring and Oracle, Hibernate
• Strong knowledge of RESTful API design and development
