Data Governance Manager - R&D Pharma - £500 per day Outside IR35

One of the worlds preeminent pharmaceutical companies requires a talented Data Governance Manager to join them on an exciting project for a 6-month contract. This is a great opportunity for someone to take ownership of ensuring the reliable information insight and improved decision making across the clinical side of this globally recognised brand.

The Data Governance Manager will be responsible for creating and implementing Data Governance enhancements including creating processes for Data Ownership, Data Standards and Data Migration. This person will act as the bridge between the project team and the stakeholders, and be a key advocate for Data Quality.

Key Skills:

• Extensive hands on experience in designing and implementing Data Governance capabilities incl. Data Standards, Governance Processes, Data Governance RACIs, Data Quality KPIs
• Track record of managing technology partners in the MDM space and DQ monitoring space
• 4+ years' experience in the Data Domain across Master Data Management, Governance, Data Assurance
• Proven track record of being a Data Management & Data Governance evangelist (catalyst for Data Assurance improvements/change)
• Excellent Stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Proven written and verbal communication skills
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail & problem solving attitude
• Ability to present complex data context in a concise way to stakeholders on all levels of the organisation
• Experience of transformational change projects
• Experience of working in the Pharma industry and specifically in the R&D Finance/Clinical Trial space is desired. Finance or Accounting Degree
