Retail Planning Analyst

We are currently recruiting for a Retail Planning Analyst, who will be responsible for the management and monitoring of packaging, as well as driving improvements of the current process to optimise efficiency, drive consistency and anticipate retail store needs.

Responsibilities:

• Forecast of early/Monthly buys based on historical sales and current transactions.
• Definition of algorithm to match the planning (lead time production/delivery/store fulfilment).
• Daily management of store orders placed manually or through digital catalogue.
• Active management of Online Catalogue on Ariba with vendor (Product ordering limit management, Requesting catalogue adjustments, pricing files and images management).
• Management of buffer packaging inventory in regional warehouses.
• Point of contact for stores to organise emergency deliveries and festive/event support.
• Execute outlets festive stock exit strategy.
• Occasional travel to stores and regional warehouses to coordinate on-site support over festive.
• Coordination of store props ordering/supplies.
• Prepare and collect the ordering form for store EMEAI market.
• Place the order in SAP.
• Monitor order/follow up with production department/supply to store/compliant Vs guideline.

Key Skills/Experience:

• Experience as a Planning Analyst or in Retail Operations.
• Strong SAP knowledge.
• Budget monitoring experience.
• Excellent understanding of Excel, including modelling.
• Data Management and analysis skill set.
• Performance analysis.
• Communication, organisational and mathematical skills.
• Action orientated.
