Role: Graduate electronics engineer
Location: Andover
salary: £25,000 - £30,000
Remote work: onsite 3x days per week and 2x days from home

To design, test and validate electronic hardware products. Build prototypes and run up PCB's. Get involved in taking products from initial concept through to production

Daily duties:
Circuit design and simulation
Schematic capture
PCB layout
Thermal design
Creation and maintenance of design documentation & software.
Record specification designs, drawings, bills of materials and test data.
Create test procedures to verify hardware designs.
Develop and test power electronic circuits, digital logic, Microcontroller, and analogue circuits.
Evaluate and debug circuit design.
Help with managing obsolescence, including identifying and designing alternative parts
Build test equipment to qualify electronic modules for production.
Provide support to the Service and Production departments to resolve design and other hardware/firmware issues

Skills required:
Read schematics
Identify components
Use test equipment
