In your first few weeks in this Finance Business Partner role, you can expect to:
- Deliver reporting against the organisations KPI's, be part of the organisations financial modelling, and attendance and active participation of monthly reviews with stakeholders.
- Give analysis and assess performance against budget and the organisations forecast plans, owning the Operating Expenses (OPEX), Profit and Loss (P&L)
- Collaborative working with other departments, For example - Marketing, Sales and Service. Monthly reporting, actively following up on any queries and challenging the budget planning and execution.
- Providing analysis and advice on payroll on a monthly basis to the Senior finance Leaders for each of the organisation's legal entities and departments.
- Driving the business' performance by proactively identifying any potential risks and opportunities for business. Maintenance and control over expenditure to support the organisations key projects.
- You will actively participate in budget and forecast process, inputting, collating, and gathering all relevant information per legal entities with close collaboration with other departments and Business Units.
- Collaboration with the accounting team and closing the gap between accounting and the wider organisation.
- Collaborating with The Financial Planning and Analysis team to support operating expenses for the different organisational departments.
- Participation in new projects and support the wider finance department.
- Providing OPEX analysis and contribution across the different departments within the organisation

- Fully Qualified: (CPA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA/Equivalent)
- Experience working in a similar role and industry within a Matrixed and complex organizational environment in different locations - Desirable.
- Proficient in excel with Strong IT ability.

- SAP - Desirable
- Exact - Desirable
- Another EU Language - Desirable
- Motivated Team Player able to drive, be proactive, and independent.
- Experienced in Accounting, Reporting Forecasting, Budgeting and performance monitoring.
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Results focused, have attention to detail and the ability to comply with
