AV Technical Specialist role based in the City of London (hybrid working model) for our client in the IT sector.

Responsibilities of the role include; managing on-site activities, including demos, surveys, new installations, and maintenance.

They are currently looking for an AV Technical Specialist based in the City of London.

Description

The successful AV Technical Specialist will;

• Assuring the proper reception of equipment to be installed (also in internal information systems)
• Managing the warehouse and inventories of the equipment dedicated to local activities (also in internal information systems)
• Managing (also in internal information systems) the equipment to be installed
• Gathering the equipment for each installation
• Test of the HW for local activities if needed
• Manage the RMA of the goods related to local activities
• Organization of the on-site installation with the customer
• Management and execution of demo, surveys, on-site interventions (installations, maintenance and inspections)
• Management of relationship with customers for technical matters/issues
• Reporting activities to internal information systems

Profile

The successful AV Technical Specialist will have;

• At least 1 year of experience as an audio/video technician
• At least 1 year of experience as an electronic equipment installer
• Basic knowledge of IT and networking
• Driving licence
• Enterprise and Productivity Software (Windows, Office, etc)
• Good knowledge of audio/video products and Digital Signage solutions
• A fluent second foreign language (Italian, French, German, Spanish, and Dutch) would be a plus
