SAP Technical Lead - £700 - £800 per day outside IR35/6 month contract/Start before Christmas/Hybrid, 1 day per week in the office in London and 4 days WFH

Are you an SAP Technical Lead who can get hands-on as well as plan technical projects? Have you previously worked on large Finance transformations? if so, this is the role for you!

Large global rollout for SAP S/4 HANA requires a contractor to be the SAP Technical Lead, to manage and lead all technical activities and a team of specialists to cover technical upgrades, transports, environment management, authorisations and security, data, testing and integration into the SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud. You will need to be experienced in planning technical activities, managing technical resources and all aspects of an SAP S4 HANA implementation as well as being technically astute and hands on with the integration and development. This is for a Finance transformation, and you need to have an understanding and experience integrating SAP Finance.

This is a complex project with multiple integration points. There are around 20 countries, each with at least 5 banking systems and 6-10 other systems that will need to integrate with S4 HANA Finance and the project will likely go on for 3+ years. You really need to have strong SAP S/4 HANA finance transformation experience on large-scale integrations with the ability to be hands on, create/lead on your strategy and deal with a variety of stakeholders including leading the SI.

The head office in the UK is in London, where the SAP programme team are in 1 day per week, and then 4 days can be remote. Throughout the project, if there is any ad-hoc foreign travel, this will be expensed.
