Associate/Regional Director - Estimating (Infrastructure)
iO associates is looking for Associate/Regional Director - Estimating to work for a world leading organisation who provide services and solutions to clients in better projects and converting them into reality.
As a Associate/Regional Director, you will be responsible for risk management for infrastructure projects. You will be providing suggestions for development and managing risk for success of projects. Also, you will support in risk management processes and procedures for business development.
Type- Permanent
Working pattern- Hybrid (Bristol)
Pay Rate - Upto £72,000 PA
A successful candidate will have:
- Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, ACostE, ICES or similar relevant professional association.
- Quantity surveying skills and comprehensive understanding of the construction industry.
- Familiarity of government initiatives and policies.
Responsibilities:
- Single point of contact for all our Client's infrastructure costs, working closely with the Estimating Management team to implement and maintain Cost Management and Estimating systems to ensure accurate reporting, benchmarking and analysis of our Clients' infrastructure costs.
- Support implementation of accurate Cost measurement processes including progress and performance measurement.
- Provide professional advice covering our Clients' infrastructure costs to stakeholders (including but not limited to Procurement Specialists, Cost/Contract Management Personnel, Estimators and Project Controls).
