City consultancy requires an experienced senior Disaster Recovery Subject Matter Expert (SME) to strengthen our clients banking operational resilience in compliance with FCA Operational Resilience Guidelines.

• Must have the experience to lead a comprehensive current state assessment to evaluate the robustness, scalability, and efficiency of existing disaster recovery plans and infrastructure.
• Perform a gap analysis against an applicable UK standard for disaster recovery
• Develop a detailed roadmap to address identified gaps in line with FCA Operational Resilience Guidelines
• Act as a subject matter expert for internal teams and external auditors
• Strong understanding of FCA Operational Resilience Guidelines
• Familiarity with industry standards related to disaster recovery in the UK
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications in Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity or related field are a plus
