What you will do:

As an L&D advisor, you will work as part of an experienced team, where you will be responsible for managing all matters concerning the development, engagement and progression of people. You will implement a variety of strategies, design and deliver training workshops and programmes whilst also, build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and colleagues across the business. You will have a key influence in identifying and selecting relevant training providers whilst also, managing ongoing relationships with current training clients.

What you will need:

For this role, it is essential for you to have previous experience working within the Legal sector.

You will also have knowledge and experience of the duties/responsibilities included in this role. Additionally, you will be a Learning & Development advisor who is highly organised, proactive and hardworking with excellent communication skills.
