One of my partnering consultancies are looking for a Senior-level SOC Engineer to join a growing team within a government department. The role will be looking after testing, implementation, deployment, maintenance, configuration and troubleshooting of the SOC's technology stack (hardware and software).

There will be additional support around the development and maintenance of data pipelines for the system engineering team.

Core Skills:

• Previous experience of Enterprise ICS/network architectures and technologies.
• Working with frameworks and technologies that support data-intensive distributed applications.
• Experience maintaining and administrating data analytical and SIEM platforms.
• Experience using host and network-based IDS/IPS
• Experience using packet capture solutions.
• Skill in developing and deploying signatures.

Contract:

• £600-£650 per day
• Inside IR35
• 12 months
• Full-time office based in West Midlands area
• January start
• Must have either active SC or DV clearance
