1st Line Support/IT Support opportunity to develop or start your career for an industry leading global organisation. Providing technical support for users the UK and Ireland.
The chosen candidate will complete tasks including providing first line support across the business on a range of systems, maintain a variety software, complete daily monitoring/back ups checks and be involved in IT procurement/asset management.
This is a great opportunity to join a well-established organisation who can offer amazing IT experience and development. They will consider somebody with minimal experience who has potentially recently completed an apprenticeship/degree or someone with experience in an IT Role looking to take the next step in their career.
Basic skills/Experience
- Degree in IT Related Subject
- Technical Support Experience
- Experience in Troubleshooting
- Desktop/PC Support
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Office
- Maintenance of software and hardware
Desirable
- At least 1 year in an IT support role
- Knowledge and understanding of a modern programming language
