Location: Paris (hybrid, 2 days remote) with potential for travel to/from China
Reports To: Senior CRM & Loyalty Manager
Position Overview: Shape regional CRM programs with a focus on China for a renowned luxury brand. As the Regional CRM Business Manager, bridge global and regional teams for a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Global Vision Champion: Align regional decisions with the global CRM vision. Develop localized CRM strategies.
- Regional Blueprint Architect: Create a comprehensive regional CRM blueprint, adapting to regional preferences and regulations.
- Project Orchestrator: Coordinate cross-functional teams for smooth CRM strategy implementation.
- Regional Salesforce Expert: Oversee Salesforce implementation in China, ensuring alignment with global practices.
- Data Privacy Steward: Ensure CRM activities comply with regional Data Privacy requirements.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Engage with regional stakeholders, facilitating information flow.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 5+ years of CRM experience, with Salesforce expertise
- Project management and cross-functional collaboration experience
- Familiarity with APAC business environment and regulations
- Fluent in English; Mandarin skills are a plus
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
