Senior Infrastructure Engineer | Perm | up to £53k pa| Trowbridge | Hybrid (2 days remote)

Our clients seek an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join an expanding team, providing ongoing support for day-to-day operations (BAU) and contributing to projects within a Microsoft Environment that supports 200-300 users.

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensuring the delivery of highly available systems with minimal downtime.
* Proposing, planning, testing, and implementing system and service improvements to enhance business value.
* Generating necessary documentation and records for support and improvement activities, including requirements and technical specification documents, change requests, problem records, knowledgebase articles, and CMDB entries.
* Implementing controls, monitoring, and alerts to enable swift responses to active or potential incidents.
* Timely delivery of fault-free hardware assets to customers in accordance with SLAs.

* DNS, Switching, and Firewalls
