Do you currently work in an IT Support/servicedesk position, dealing with 1st line queries? Do you possess knowledge of Windows 10/11 with proven troubleshooting experience? If this sounds like you and is of interest, please read on.
My client is looking to hire an IT Support/servicedesk Engineer to add to the current team due an ever-increasing user base. You will be responsible for providing support to users in various countries (mainly Europe), monitor IT Dashboard's and respond to auto created and unassigned ticket. You will also create tickets manually when issues are reported via Hangouts chat, escalate tickets to IT integration engineers when required and provide hardware and software training to new office staff. The user base also includes medical professionals around the world, therefore excellent communication skills is essential.
This role would suit an ambitious IT Support/servicedesk Engineer, ideally with a degree in computer science, who has worked in a similar environment with a demanding client base. You will possess a sound technical knowledge to include Windows 10/11, O365, networking principles, coupled with excellent communication skills.
Any experience supporting senior professionals in hospitals and/or experience with healthcare related technologies such as HL7, DICOM, MirthConnect would be advantageous.
